Clyde River Project

Great Bay Hydro Corporation (Great Bay) received a new FERC license for its Clyde River Project in October 2003.  The new license and the accompanying Vermont Water Quality Certification require numerous new operations and resources protection plans and measures.

Devine Tarbell & Associates, Inc. (DTA) was retained to assist Great Bay to comply with the new requirements of its FERC license and state water quality certification. 

DTA’s work to date includes preparation of various plans for execution of protection, mitigation and enhancement measures under the conditions of the license.   

DTA has prepared the following plans as requested by Great Bay:

  • Minimum Flow Release Structures and Management Plans
  • Flow and Operations Management and Monitoring Plans
  • Erosion Monitoring Plan

  • Recreation Facility Enhancement Plan
